•Conduct ongoing monitoring to detect, investigate, and resolve partner-related issues and drive corrective actions.
•Lead partner systems and screening processes, defining functional requirements and prioritizing the roadmap.
•Own metrics and reporting, providing leadership insights into partner risk and control efficiency.
•Manage and develop a small team and build relationships across departments while communicating risks and recommendations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 103,600 - 211,850 annually

Key Requirements

•Several years of experience in risk management, compliance, audit, or a related field.
•Proven experience building and managing recurring controls and monitoring routines.
•Experience in people management, with the ability to work hands-on while setting direction.
•A risk-based approach with strong judgment balancing compliance and business needs.
•Strong communication and collaborator management skills.
