Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage customer transactions on the POS system, including cash/credit payments, receipts, refunds, and issue of change or tickets.
  • •Schedule till operators to cover peak hours, manage cash over/under banks, and support investigations.
  • •Ensure POS accuracy by scanning goods for correct pricing and redeeming coupons and vouchers.
  • •Drive add-on and membership sales through cross-selling, introduce new products, and conduct in-store customer contact tied to CRM and NPS.
  • •Maintain POS compliance and daily admin, including audit checks, housekeeping, merchandise returns/exchanges, and training/refreshers for cashiers.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of work experience as a Retail Cashier or in a similar sales role.
