Commercial Banking Client Rep

Serve as the primary daily point of contact for commercial banking customers, maintaining and expanding client relationships through responsive customer support. Proactively identify potential problems and compliance issues while maximizing satisfaction and encouraging account growth. Recommend products and services aligned to customer needs and build working knowledge of assigned accounts by executing standard departmental procedures through frequent client contact.
