Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct physical and chemical analysis of raw materials, intermediates, and finished products according to established procedures/SOPs using lab instruments such as Karl Fischer and GC/GCMS.
  • •Perform sensory evaluation for aroma materials and products, ensuring accurate and properly documented results.
  • •Support QC laboratory start-up and daily readiness, including test method preparation, sample workflow setup, and instrument checks/calibration support; manage laboratory 5S.
  • •Complete laboratory records, reports, and system entries accurately and on time to ensure data integrity and traceability.
  • •Participate in investigations for non-conforming materials/products, lab deviations, and customer inquiries/complaints; support corrective and preventive actions, and maintain quality standards and documentation improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in quality testing, laboratory analysis, or third-party testing; perfumery, food, chemical, or manufacturing quality lab experience preferred.
  • •Good sensory evaluation capability with consistent, detail-oriented judgment.
  • •Strong planning, communication, and execution skills; ability to prioritize testing and report abnormalities timely.
  • •Factory working experience and understanding of production processes and QC points for on-site quality support.
  • •Basic English reading/writing skills; proficient with common office software and able to complete lab records and reports; ERP/LIMS or other quality management system experience preferred.
