develop and coordinate cross-functional embellishment projects for footwear, sourcing and developing embellishments from design to pre-series while ensuring quality, cost and schedule. Liaise with Creation, Collection, Industrial teams and suppliers; manage PLM data, supplier tests, and seasonal animations to ensure alignment with product goals and brand standards.
