Key Responsibilities

  • •Pilot the sourcing and development of embellishments from concept to pre-series, ensuring alignment with Creation, Collection, and industrial requirements for quality, cost, and delays.
  • •Monitor development by receiving drawings and coordinating stakeholders; ensure reproducibility and scalability of processes, and cost-effective prototyping with data-backed proposals.
  • •Guarantee the development and delivery of embellishments, including maintaining technical files and ensuring accurate PLM data and product nomenclature.
  • •Create and maintain a durable communication channel with development, industrial, collection, and communications teams to ensure aesthetic alignment of embellishments across prototypes.
  • •Provide routine reporting and continuous improvement by tracking development dashboards, risk analysis, and post-implementation learnings with Supply Chain and Quality teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Formation: école de commerce / mode / ingénieur
  • •Expérience: 2 à 3 ans minimum dans le développement matières et/ou produits
  • •Expertise technique: connaissance de techniques de transformations des matières
  • •Connaissance chaussures, cuirs et tissus
