Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform pre- and post-contract quantity surveying duties, including cost estimates, procurement and tendering, contract administration, variations, and final accounts.
  • •Complete feasibility studies and write procurement reports.
  • •Produce estimating and cost planning deliverables, including developing and presenting final cost plans.
  • •Manage tendering and procurement activities, including pre-qualification, tender lists, preliminaries, tender analysis, tender reports, and contractual documents.
  • •Carry out cost checks, valuations on larger projects, and deliver monthly post-contract cost reports while interfacing with clients and consultants across all project stages.

Key Requirements

  • •Recognised degree qualification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
  • •MRICS / AIQS accreditation is ideal.
  • •Relevant work experience, ideally in a consultancy environment.
  • •Proficiency in CostX is advantageous.
  • •Excellent command of written and spoken English, with strong report and bid writing skills.
