Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive sustainability initiatives and support delivery of the company’s sustainability strategy and reporting.
  • •Develop engaging corporate communications across internal and external channels including websites, social media, presentations, speeches, and press materials.
  • •Manage corporate reputation by coordinating PR activities, media engagement, and stakeholder communications.
  • •Lead and support ESG reporting by tracking sustainability progress and ensuring compliance with relevant reporting frameworks.
  • •Coordinate cross-functional projects and employee engagement campaigns from planning through execution, including monitoring media and social trends for insights.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
  • •3–5 years of experience in sustainability, corporate communications, public affairs, or a related role.
  • •Strong digital and AI literacy (added advantage).
  • •Experience engaging with media, regulators, and sustainability-related stakeholders in the local media landscape.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, stakeholder management, communication, content development, and project management skills.
