Key Requirements

  • •More than 8–12 years of engineering experience in façade remediation, condition auditing, combustible cladding replacement, and diagnostic testing in the Australian built environment.
  • •Authority on the National Construction Code (NCC) and Australian Standards AS1288 and AS4284, with knowledge of local Victorian compliance pathways.
  • •Advanced proficiency in diagnostic methodologies including structural silicone glazing monitoring, water-ingress mapping, and hygrothermal processing profiles.
  • •Relevant certifications in forensic investigation or non-destructive testing are highly regarded.
