Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with the billing process in all applicable markets.
  • •Manage follow-up maintenance transactions lifecycle from origination until the customer unit is in control/custody of the repair technician.
  • •Maintain timely, accurate documentation and notation in Cox Fleet systems for each customer contact.
  • •Provide customer service for internal and external calls and obtain customer approval for repairs and services to be performed.
  • •Proactively schedule preventative maintenance, coordinate with Field Operations for technician scheduling, and improve dispatching and service scheduling capabilities.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED and 3 years of experience in a related field (or alternative education/certification with up to 1 year experience, or 5 years experience).
