Retail Store Manager (Westgate Outlet)

Lead and develop a high-performing store team to achieve sales, KPIs and profitability at the Westgate Outlet. Drive exceptional customer service, manage recruitment, training, scheduling, and payroll controls, and execute marketing initiatives while ensuring store presentation, loss prevention, and compliant operations. Travel for openings/closings may be required; non-traditional hours including weekends and holidays.
