Onboard new Regional Banking customers and manage ongoing client relationships to deliver a “Simply the Best” experience. Support a team of bankers serving portfolios generating $2M–$50M in annual sales by coordinating due diligence for new and renewal loans, handling renewals, and managing pipeline tasks. Serve as a client service partner for deposits and credit accounts, assist with online banking onboarding, and drive cross-sell opportunities through relationship planning and risk awareness.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist bankers in managing customer portfolios with $2M to $50M in annual sales.
•Coordinate due diligence and document gathering to get new and renewal loans documented and closed, and ensure renewals are completed timely.
•Maintain long-term customer relationships using a relationship plan/model and provide client service and client management.
•Manage NSF/OD items, coordinate resolution, and handle post-loan requests like advances, payments, payoff, and research.
•Assist with onboarding and maintenance of online banking platforms, identify and resolve service/operational issues, and connect customers to appropriate teams for recommended products.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or the equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in a financial services or credit environment.
•Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a financial services or credit environment.
•Excellent customer service with a highly motivated, goal-oriented approach.
•Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
•Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail, planning, and follow-up.
