Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for BJAK’s AI Neobank app, turning manual workflows into reliable, scalable automation. You’ll design and ship AI agents and tools using LLMs, retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, and guardrails—while creating AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, and document handling. Work closely with product and engineering teams under real constraints like accuracy, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve real customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs with retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify valuable work and ship improvements in production.
•Design and implement solutions within constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build and ship systems, not just AI strategy or management experience.
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Good judgement on what should be automated versus what should not.
•Experience in fintech/banking and/or AI for support automation, risk, KYC, fraud, CRM, or operations automation (strong plus).
