Job Summary

Lead and manage the GES H2R Hyderabad organization to deliver end-to-end HR services across Learning, Mobility, and Benefits. Drive exceptional user experience, operational excellence, data-driven performance, and continuous improvement. Build capabilities, lead change and projects, ensure governance and compliance, and manage KPIs across customer satisfaction, turnaround times, accuracy, productivity, cost effectiveness, and risk. Partner with global HR and business stakeholders to align on service expectations.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate the GES vision into clear priorities for the GES H2R Hyderabad organization and position the team as a strategic HR partner.
•Lead and develop Hyderabad-based GES H2R teams across Learning, Mobility and Benefits, building scalable capabilities and a customer-focused culture.
•Continuously improve end-to-end HR service delivery to ensure processes are efficient, consistent, compliant, and designed around exceptional user experience.
•Drive operational excellence through service management, process simplification, quality improvement, and automation using HR technology and partner solutions.
•Lead HR service projects and change management, and manage performance against KPIs covering satisfaction, turnaround times, accuracy, productivity, compliance, cost effectiveness, governance, and risk.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with solid experience in Human Resources processes and shared services.
•Strong people leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills, including working with external partners.
•Ability to drive end-to-end HR processes, simplify workflows, improve service quality, and deliver reliable, timely, and compliant outcomes.
•Demonstrated focus on user experience and service excellence using CSAT, pulse feedback, service levels, and quality measures.
•Strong digital and data fluency with HRIS/HR tools, reporting, analytics, automation, and bots to translate data into decisions.
