Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and continuously evolve a governance framework that drives accountability, consistency, transparency, and operational excellence across all Enterprise Technology products and services.
  • •Define and maintain Technology Operations governance, including decision rights, accountability structures, operating principles, and escalation models.
  • •Establish governance forums (operational reviews, service reviews, reliability reviews, risk reviews, executive business reviews, and transformation steering committees).
  • •Drive adoption of a product-centric, engineering-led operating model across Technology Operations, including clear ownership across Product Owners, Engineering, Operations, Service Management, SRE, and external partners.
  • •Oversee operational risk and resilience governance, including business continuity, disaster recovery, operational resilience, and recovery testing; ensure timely executive communications during operational events.

Key Requirements

  • •12+ years of experience in Technology Operations, IT Service Management, Operational Excellence, Technology Governance, or Enterprise Service Delivery.
  • •Proven experience leading large-scale global technology operations organizations.
  • •Deep expertise in ITIL and enterprise ITSM frameworks, including Incident, Problem, Change, Service Level, and Knowledge Management.
  • •Experience operating within product-centric, engineering-led, or SRE-enabled organizations.
  • •Experience managing operational risk, resilience, business continuity, and crisis management.
