Job Summary

Senior Pre-Sales/Solutions Consultant in Adelaide leading technical engagement for cloud SaaS solutions. You will translate customer needs into actionable designs, conduct demos, coordinate across Offering, Engineering and Sales, coach the sales team, and ensure delivery capabilities align with what is sold to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the sales and customer success teams in profitable and strategic growth of cloud software adoption, drive customer acquisition, establish market demand and grow business with new and existing customers.
•Act as technical liaison during the initial sales process, translating customer needs into actionable solution designs.
•Lead the technical scoping of customer software solutions and confidently conduct customer-facing demos and discussions, addressing customer technical requirements and compliance with security standards.
•Communicate complex technical concepts in a clear, accessible way to both internal sales teams and customer stakeholders.
•Ensure clear estimates and well-defined scopes of works are provided to the sales team, supporting accurate customer proposals.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
•5+ years as an individual contributor technical and/or commercial representative.
•Experience supporting a full-sales cycle with estimation, solution design and strategy.
•Demonstrated experience in the Software as a Service (SaaS), Access control, Apps or related business-to-business industry.
•Sales experience in the commercial buildings or SaaS industry preferred.
