Own full-cycle recruiting for multiple APAC markets, partnering with business leaders to understand hiring needs and build tailored hiring strategies. Create job ads and job descriptions, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and manage offer and hiring administration. Drive recruitment process improvement projects with analytics ownership, training managers on recruitment methodologies, and advising on APAC hiring budget and employer branding.
