Job Summary

Support Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) performance management within GTS Upgrade Global Operations by helping set up a structured S&OP performance review framework. Perform variance analysis between forecasts, operational plans, and actual results, monitor KPIs, and assist with forecasting performance evaluation. Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve visibility, collaborate with Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, and Product Line teams, and contribute to management review presentations.

Key Responsibilities

•Support the setup and operationalization of a structured Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Performance Review process.
•Perform variance analysis between forecasts, operational plans, and actual results to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
•Monitor and analyze key planning and business performance indicators.
•Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to improve visibility of business and planning performance.
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Product Line) and support management reviews and presentations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: EUR 600 - 1,000 monthly

Key Requirements

•Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Management Engineering, Data Analytics, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
•Strong interest in business planning, performance management, and data analytics.
•Basic knowledge of forecasting, planning processes, or supply chain concepts is considered a plus.
•Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
•Fluent in English (written and spoken) with strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
