Key Responsibilities

  • •Welcome attendees at entrances and communicate Ground Control’s presence and purpose.
  • •Follow shift schedules, pump water at refill stations, and patrol event zones with assigned group mates.
  • •Learn how to operate a two-way radio and perform emergency medical calls.
  • •Listen for radio calls and respond immediately to requests and helping needs.
  • •Provide directional support at entrance areas using megaphones and assist with evacuation readiness and refuge locations.

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

  • •Customer service-related work experience is preferred.
  • •Experience using radios and the ability to work under pressure in stressful environments.
