Job Summary

Lead daily maintenance for VF’s automated Distribution Centre in Sint-Niklaas, coordinating preventive and corrective work across mechanical and electrical systems. Manage and support a team of technicians, engineers, and subcontractors, troubleshoot complex issues within the ASRS (Automated Storage & Retrieval System), and ensure safe, on-time execution. Partner with the Head of Maintenance & Facility on innovation and continuous improvement, and maintain procedures, dashboards, work permits, and technical updates.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead daily maintenance activities, ensuring preventive and corrective work on mechanical and electrical systems is completed safely and on time.
•Support operators, technicians, and subcontractors in solving technical issues and following the maintenance plan.
•Guide and motivate the team to promote good communication and teamwork across the site.
•Participate in scheduled maintenance tasks such as overhauls and improvement projects, following agreed planning and standards.
•Prepare work permits, handle administrative follow-up of technical work, and report updates; create procedures, instructions, manuals, and dashboards to track performance.
