Key Responsibilities

•Lead Product Strategy & Roadmap: Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a diverse portfolio of financial systems and processes enabling Financial Transaction Processing, Data, and Reporting & Analytics.
•Drive Business Impact: Identify opportunities, develop business cases based on data, and define OKRs for initiatives that automate processes, deepen insights and support strategic objectives.
•AI and Financial Process Modernization: Champion AI-driven solutions to revolutionize financial processes, automate workflows, and generate deeper, actionable insights.
•Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Finance (Accounting, FP&A), Merchandising, Technology, Strategy and Business Operations to align on solutions.
•End-to-End Execution: Translate business requirements into technical solutions and drive successful delivery of high-impact product experiences.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 145,100 - 242,000 annually

Key Requirements

•8+ years of product management experience in financial consulting, accounting, finance, or similar roles focused on financial systems applications.
•Functional expertise in Financial and ERP processes and Retail and Supply Chain applications (Merch Planning and eCommerce experience strongly preferred).
•Strong understanding of core finance processes including accounting, monthly close, financial reporting and forecasting, Merchandise Planning, and SOX controls.
•Passion for automating business processes and innovating with AI solutions across enterprise applications.
•Experience with data modeling, data warehousing, and ETL concepts; ability to translate complex financial requirements into technical product strategies.
