Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and develop a team of equipment managers, engineers, technicians, and specialists across assembly operations.
  • •Establish equipment reliability strategies and drive improvements in uptime, OEE, MTBF/MTTR, and cost-of-ownership, including equipment lifecycle activities.
  • •Drive operational excellence using Lean, Six Sigma, SPC methods and lead root cause analysis and corrective actions for equipment reliability issues.
  • •Develop and execute the Assembly Equipment AI Enablement strategy, including adoption of AI tools/automation, predictive maintenance using sensor data and manufacturing systems, and AI governance.
  • •Evaluate and deploy Industry 4.0/smart manufacturing technologies (e.g., IoT and Digital Twin), support safety/quality/compliance, and build organizational capability through coaching and upskilling.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field; Master's preferred.
  • •12+ years of semiconductor manufacturing experience.
  • •5+ years of leadership experience managing equipment engineering organizations.
  • •Strong experience with assembly manufacturing equipment and automation systems, including leading large engineering teams and factory-wide initiatives.
  • •Preferred: AI/ML deployment in manufacturing plus experience with smart factory/Industry 4.0 topics and platforms such as MES, FDC, SPC, APC, and manufacturing intelligence.
