Key Requirements

  • •PhD or equivalent advanced degree in a quantitative field (e.g., epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics), or equivalent practical experience.
  • •Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare research or analytics, preferably client-facing consulting or industry experience.
  • •Demonstrated client relationship management skills, including leading stakeholder dialogue and translating ambiguous questions into a research plan.
  • •Experience conducting end-to-end RWE/HEOR studies, from design through dissemination, using descriptive and causal inference methods (e.g., PSM, IPTW).
