Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage the wastewater department and ensure daily operations of the wastewater treatment facility.
  • •Supervise wastewater personnel and provide training in best practices for maintaining compliance with city and state requirements.
  • •Perform required tests and take/submit water samples in accordance with EPA regulations.
  • •Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is current, complete, and compliant with company policy and relevant agencies.
  • •Supervise cleaning and maintenance of wastewater and offal departments while ensuring safety rules are followed.

Key Requirements

  • •Associates Degree or completion of a vocational/technical specialty certification/licensure program in a related field; Bachelors Degree preferred.
  • •Minimum 5 years of directly related experience (work experience may substitute year-for-year for education).
  • •Proven management skills with the ability to supervise wastewater personnel.
  • •Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • •Minimum Class III Waste Water License or ability to obtain an appropriate State Certified license within twelve months of employment.
