Key Responsibilities

•Create reporting by analyzing input from multiple sources, identify inconsistencies, and ensure completeness and accuracy in reports.
•Create and manage the team’s Policy and Governance SharePoint sites.
•Execute controls by understanding end-to-end processes to support effective governance activities.
•Assist senior management in developing and administering Compliance programs.
•Recognize good vs. weak practices, escalate issues appropriately, and document observations clearly while under supervision.

Key Requirements

•At least 1-3 years experience in risk management, compliance, or audit.
•Understanding of regulatory, compliance and risk related matters.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Governance, Risk & Compliance solutions such as ServiceNow.
•History of producing accurate, timely reporting with minimal rework.
•Builds trust through consistency, clarity, and follow-through.
