Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the Oracle ERP application support team to ensure stability, availability, and performance across all modules.
  • •Oversee Oracle ERP projects, including roll-outs, module implementations, upgrades, and patching cycles.
  • •Manage Oracle ERP integrations with third-party systems (middleware, APIs, EDI, and other interfacing systems).
  • •Own enhancement request and change request (CR) intake, prioritization, testing/approvals, and change management.
  • •Provide governance and oversight: incident escalations (SLAs), Oracle roadmap alignment, compliance/security/audit controls (SoD, access controls), and vendor/budget and documentation/DR planning.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • •8-12 years of experience in Oracle ERP systems in a techno-functional capacity.
  • •Hands-on experience across Oracle ERP modules (e.g., Finance, SCM, Procurement, HR).
  • •Proven experience leading or managing techno-functional consulting/application support teams delivering Oracle roll-outs, integrations, enhancements, and change requests.
  • •Strong leadership, stakeholder management, project/program management, and vendor management/negotiation skills.
