Key Responsibilities

  • •Evaluate technical requirements for new and existing best-known methods and work with suppliers to define/recommend parts cleaning solutions that reduce cost, lead time, improve systems, and mitigate risk.
  • •Ensure engineering drawing requirements are complete and clear by coordinating with Surface Tech and Quality teams and communicating expectations to supporting suppliers.
  • •Lead supplier technical audits and assess supplier performance/capability, driving continuous improvement opportunities.
  • •Train other supplier engineers on the supplier audit and evaluation process.
  • •Participate with Quality on quality problem resolutions and incident management, supervise corrective and preventive action, and drive systemic supplier resolutions at the process level.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 132,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in chemistry, mechanical, materials, or related engineering disciplines.
  • •10–20 years of working experience in the semiconductor industry or parts manufacture/cleaning related field.
  • •Strong communication and influence skills, with successful project experience in new product introduction or Lean/quality upgrades.
  • •High integrity and strong IP awareness while protecting company benefit when working on supplier sites.
  • •Ability to support significant domestic travel (>50%).
