Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow and support all company safety and GMP requirements, including inspections, checklists, PPE use, and lock-out/tag-out procedures.
  • •Monitor multiple production lines to maintain quality standards, specifications, and tolerances; direct packers and operators to perform quality inspections.
  • •Start machines, perform changeovers, adjust equipment and settings (e.g., gussets, thread equipment, downstream equipment), and maximize efficiencies to meet MEEF/EFF/YIELD goals.
  • •Plan, assign, and direct work to meet production requirements, including downtime/production input and maintenance of packing summary documentation.
  • •Support equipment reliability by assisting maintenance with repairs/troubleshooting and completing forklift/electric pallet jack inspections and basic material handling tasks.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • •Working knowledge of extrusion/converting equipment and process desired.
  • •Ability to follow safety policies and lock-out/tag-out procedures while completing safety checklists.
  • •Basic PC knowledge and working knowledge of JDE/WebEFF systems for travelers, schedules, and production inputs.
  • •Ability to read/comprehend instructions and checklists and perform basic math for rate/percent calculations.
