Key Responsibilities

  • •Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
  • •Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, clearly communicating business value to stakeholders.
  • •Collaborate with sales teams on account success, owning technical discovery, demos, proof of value, presentations, sizing, and documentation.
  • •Proactively generate demand in the sales territory through technical initiatives and participation in events and account-based marketing.
  • •Foster customer relationships and ensure customer success and satisfaction, continuously improving MongoDB solutions and processes.

Key Requirements

  • •5 to 8 years of related industry experience, ideally with at least 2 years in a customer-facing role.
  • •Minimum 2 years experience with modern scripting languages (e.g., Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (e.g., C/C++, Java, C#).
  • •Experience implementing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
  • •Ability to review complex application architecture with customers and provide guidance on improvements using technology.
  • •Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
