Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the most complex organization projects/programs, ensuring contributors know deliverables and timelines while monitoring budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs.
  • •Manage contractual obligations and account for profitable performance and successful completion of projects within the assigned portfolio/area.
  • •Serve as a senior day-to-day client interface within governance, project controls, safety, quality, reporting, and decision-making processes.
  • •Coordinate with client representatives, internal delivery teams, functional leads, subcontractors, and stakeholders to align priorities, resolve issues, and execute across the regional footprint.
  • •Develop and maintain governance and project controls documentation (e.g., risk registers, management plans, quality/safety/communications plans) and lead reporting, recovery plans, closeout, and lessons learned.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering, science, or a related major, or equivalent experience in a technical or engineering firm.
  • •15+ years of relevant post-education experience in a project or program management role within the power, energy, utility, or large capital infrastructure industry.
  • •Advanced understanding of project delivery in the A/E/C industry and extensive experience managing large-scale utility or capital infrastructure programs across delivery models (DBB, EPC, PDB).
  • •Advanced analytical and organizational skills, with business acumen to bridge business and project management.
  • •Strong self-leadership and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to manage staff and interact tactfully with stakeholders at all levels.
