Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee site activities including progress tracking, quality control, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • •Manage teams, including contractors, subcontractors, and laborers, to achieve project objectives.
  • •Provide technical support by resolving issues and interpreting drawings and specifications to ensure accurate execution.
  • •Implement quality assurance procedures, conducting inspections and audits to confirm workmanship and materials meet requirements.
  • •Monitor schedules and budgets, identify delays or bottlenecks, implement corrective actions, and coordinate procurement to keep projects on track.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years working experience in site engineering, including 3 years relevant experience.
  • •Proven experience with the design-build process and strong operational attention to detail.

  • •Strong skills in ERP and SAP functional usage to be successful in the role.
  • •Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or Engineering, plus MMUP Engineer Registration (UPDA).
