Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide PM leadership for larger-scale/more complex power and energy projects, ensuring contributors know what to do and by when.
  • •Prepare and oversee project budgets, forecasts, margins, and KPIs, including tracking hours and expenses and monitoring risk contingencies.
  • •Lead development of proposals, cost estimates, scope, schedules, and resource plans, including budgeting, forecasting, scheduling, and change management/control.
  • •Participate in technical aspects of contract negotiation and deliver regular project reporting and updates to clients and leadership.
  • •Serve as the client-facing lead, nurture long-term client relationships, enforce safety standards, and mentor staff while adhering to QA/QC and corporate processes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in a related field (Electrical, Civil, Mechanical, Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering Technology, Physical Sciences) or equivalent A/E/C, utility, EPC, or power-delivery consulting experience.
  • •12+ years of relevant post-education project management experience in the industry.
  • •High proficiency in project delivery processes and experience managing projects using delivery models including DBB, EPC, and PDB.
  • •Advanced analytical, organizational, and business acumen skills to bridge business and project management.
  • •Advanced proficiency in interpersonal/communication skills and technical writing, including MS Office suite tools (Word, Excel, Visio, Project, SharePoint) and PM tools.
