Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging with clients and teammates and delivering financial wellness-focused guidance.
  • •Identify financial wellness opportunities through in-person and phone conversations, and recommend customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and help clients with products such as deposit products, home equity, unsecured lending, and CDs.
  • •Develop partnerships with branch and line-of-business teammates, managing centers of influence to acquire and deepen client relationships.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience, with 1+ years developing new and existing customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan to value, debt to income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients, including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office products including Word and Excel).
  • •Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms and capabilities within Key.
