Key Responsibilities

  • •Disassemble, clean, and reassemble equipment as needed during wash-ups and reassembly.
  • •Clean and sanitize rooms as needed, including chemical titration.
  • •Participate in washing functions during wash times in all areas.
  • •Accurately package product and perform Quality Control checks, HACCP checks, and sampling requirements.
  • •Move full pallets using the pallet jack and perform packing powder duties, along with all Quality Control and Safety duties.

Key Requirements

  • •High School Diploma/GED preferred with prior experience handling chemicals.
  • •Minimum 1-3 years of packing/compounding experience and understanding of special formula instructions.
  • •Knowledge of GMPs (Good Manufacturing Practices) and HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points).
  • •Forklift experience and ability to be on your feet up to 90% of the day.
  • •Ability to lift and frequently move, lift, pull, and push up to 50 lbs; lift a 35 lb product hose; work with minimal temperature control exposure to outside temperatures.
