Job Summary

Serve as a Private Client Banker focused on the full client relationship, using a plan-based approach to financial advice. Assess clients’ needs, gather and document data, and deliver or refer investment and insurance solutions for clients with up to $2M in investable assets. Build referral pipelines through prospecting and centers of influence, support branch operations and compliance, and participate in branch huddles while working Saturdays as directed.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver customized financial wellness recommendations and refer appropriate investment and insurance products.
•Build and maintain a client referral pipeline by identifying and developing internal/external centers of influence and documenting calling efforts.
•Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of private client products/services and competitive offerings to support meaningful conversations.
•Open and support personal and business accounts and assist with transactions on the teller line as needed.
•Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures and documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 25 - 38.46 hourly

Key Requirements

•High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (required).
•Experience developing customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources in insurance and investment products (required).
•Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking (required).
•Interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly and fact-finding with clients (required).
•Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web) to educate clients (required).
