Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the vision, strategy, and end-to-end roadmap for Care Delivery to measurably improve patient outcomes and retention.
  • •Translate the care model into AI-native workflows, including real-time clinical guidance, charting, transcript-powered insights, and personalized coaching.
  • •Design longitudinal care programs, patient journeys, and shared coordination workflows for a unified care plan across the care team.
  • •Partner with data and clinical research to build measurement systems connecting provider behaviors to retention and clinical outcomes, accounting for population, condition, and provider tenure differences.
  • •Define and track core metrics, design rigorous experiments, and drive execution through discovery, launch, and iteration while maintaining clinical quality.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of work experience.
  • •4+ years of experience as a product manager.
  • •Experience building complex workflow products, with a preference for AI-powered products.
  • •Strong analytical, data-oriented skills: define metrics, evaluate experiments, and translate insights into strategy.
  • •Deep understanding of clinical users and excellent product judgment, including knowing when to iterate vs. take big swings.
