Key Responsibilities

  • •Support and improve end-to-end Group performance management processes across P&L analytics, external performance insights, and SIT reporting.
  • •Deliver modelling, reporting, and insight generation for senior leadership decision support, including shipment, depletions, and stock-in-trade analysis.
  • •Act as a subject matter expert on the end-to-end stock-in-trade process, advising on reporting implications, terminology, and exceptions.
  • •Perform system development support, including system testing and validation.
  • •Coordinate with Regional FP&A teams to consolidate inputs, validate drivers, and align insights and narratives across Group performance reviews.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree educated in relevant finance/accounting/business.
  • •6+ years of experience in Finance, including FP&A/performance management experience.
  • •Very strong understanding of financial processes and systems.
  • •Excellent financial modelling skills in Excel, including complex spreadsheet models.
  • •Experience in a global/complex environment and strong stakeholder management.
