CRA Loan Specialist

Originate residential first mortgage loans for branch offices and outside referrals, with a focus on selling CRA products and services to low-to-moderate-income individuals and areas. Own the loan process from application through closing, manage risk, and ensure a positive customer experience. Build CRA prospect and referral networks, run homebuyer training seminars, use tools such as Fannie Mae Form 1003 and Loan Prospector, manage the loan pipeline to closing, and provide timely updates and reports.
