Manage, schedule, and complete residential solar and battery service and warranty work as part of the Field Service/Performance O&M team. Lead the warranty and service schedule, coordinate labor allocation with field leadership, and support onboarding, training, and best-practice meetings. Track field performance KPIs such as turnaround time and dispatch completion, and assist with inspections and site audits when needed.

•Exceed field performance KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, experience rating, dispatches completed) and support onboarding of new team members.

Key Requirements

•1–3 years of previous field construction or solar experience.
•High school diploma required.
•Valid driver’s license and ability to pass a driving background check; must be 21 years of age.
•Knowledge of the NEC and applicable codes and standards.
•Electrical/PV installation knowledge, including interpreting single line drawings and understanding solar interconnection/tie-in.
