Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a servant leader to orchestrate an agile culture within the team.
•Lead and facilitate agile rituals and events, ensuring process mastery and follow-up.
•Identify, track, remove, and escalate impediments, risks, and dependencies to maintain delivery flow.
•Collaborate with and mentor the Product Owner to manage, refine, and prioritize the team backlog.
•Visualize work, measure and optimize value flow, and maintain accurate reporting in Jira/Confluence.

Key Requirements

•Deep understanding of agile and lean values, principles, and practices.
•Experience facilitating agile ceremonies and team events.
•Proficiency with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence and other reporting tools.
•Ability to coach teams and Product Owners on backlog refinement, product management, and quality practices.
•Agile & SAFe methodologies experience, including PSM certification.
