Job Summary

Own customer implementations of the Benchling AI platform for biotech R&D, guiding rollouts from kickoff to go-live. Leverage a scientific background and product knowledge to run requirements and design workshops, configure and test solutions, and train users. Partner closely with research scientists and internal teams to understand scientific workflows, deliver best-practice onboarding, advocate for customer pain points, and support account expansion after launch.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage initial and expansion customer rollouts for new accounts, teams, and processes.
•Drive implementation success from project kickoff through go-live using project management, scientific expertise, and product knowledge.
•Create and execute detailed project plans to deliver on time, on budget, and with high-quality deployments.
•Lead requirements and design workshops; perform data modeling, application configuration, testing, UAT guidance, and user onboarding.
•Act as a trusted advisor—apply Benchling best practices, advocate for customer pain points, and build enterprise training programs.

Travel: Medium travel

Salary: USD 116,266 - 157,302 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Bioinformatics, Biological Engineering or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
•At least 2 years of experience in a lab or research setting.
•Strong communication skills to work effectively with scientists, IT project leads, and executives.
•Ability to be a successful self-starter in a startup environment.
•Willingness to travel up to 25% based on customer and project needs.
