Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage initial and expansion customer rollouts for new accounts, teams, and processes.
  • •Drive implementation success from project kickoff through go-live using project management, scientific expertise, and product knowledge.
  • •Create and execute detailed project plans to deliver on time, on budget, and with high-quality deployments.
  • •Lead requirements and design workshops; perform data modeling, application configuration, testing, UAT guidance, and user onboarding.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor—apply Benchling best practices, advocate for customer pain points, and build enterprise training programs.

Salary: USD 116,266 - 157,302 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Immunology, Bioinformatics, Biological Engineering or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  • •At least 2 years of experience in a lab or research setting.
  • •Strong communication skills to work effectively with scientists, IT project leads, and executives.
  • •Ability to be a successful self-starter in a startup environment.
  • •Willingness to travel up to 25% based on customer and project needs.
