Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop handlers to achieve financial authorities within agreed timescales.
  • •Manage individual and team performance against KPIs and SLAs, including improvement plans and monitoring caseload/workload allocation.
  • •Complete supervision using each individual’s competency matrix, providing coaching, identifying training needs, and maintaining accurate development records.
  • •Assist the BUD with key client auditing activity and prepare for and run team and 1:1 meetings, disseminating information from BUD/departmental meetings.
  • •Monitor and manage financial processes (client account, office account, and work in progress) to ensure compliance with SRA guidelines and timescales, including adherence to the SRA Code of Conduct 2011.
