  • •Perform quality checks, including first piece quality inspection and in-process inspection, using calibration equipment.
  • •Work with flat sheet metal (steel and aluminum) and run machine operations such as brake press, hammer flanger, buffalo roller, hand scribing, and hand sheering.
  • •Complete required safety and quality training for mechanical power presses, safeguarding requirements, trip devices, press inspections, and die setting.
