Help execute the Americas growth strategy for Transactional FX within HSBC’s Payments and Foreign Exchange Solutions group. Build market awareness, develop and manage a client pipeline, and convert opportunities into mandates to drive sustainable volumes, profitability, and wallet share. Partner across Global Banking, Commercial Banking, Global Payment Solutions, and Foreign Exchange Sales, serving as the Transactional FX subject matter expert while coordinating onboarding and go-to-market alignment.

Key Responsibilities

•Execute the Americas growth strategy for Transactional FX in partnership with regional and global TFX teams.
•Serve as Transactional FX subject matter expert to strengthen awareness and build pipeline with internal product and sales stakeholders.
•Originate new Transactional FX client relationships alongside Global Payment Solutions and Foreign Exchange Sales teams to increase market share.
•Negotiate and close new business by converting sales opportunities into active client mandates.
•Coordinate onboarding for mandated Transactional FX opportunities and provide feedback to TFX product development for cohesive client service.

Key Requirements

•Bring substantial Transactional FX and FX market experience across the Americas region within relevant industry segments.
•Demonstrate success building and managing a client pipeline that drives client acquisition and growth.
•Show experience operating in a multi-stakeholder, multi-buying-group sales environment.
•Apply knowledge of the payments landscape within the Americas region.
•Navigate contractual and legal processes effectively, including collaboration between legal and commercial teams.
