Job Summary

Lead complex projects for the P-8 program within the Systems Engineering organization, from kickoff through completion. Support SEIT leadership by developing, tracking, and executing efforts across the program portfolio, breaking work into executable tasks and comparing performance against baseline plans. Analyze complex technical problems across disciplines, identify scope changes, and drive corrective actions to improve project/team performance while working in a cross-functional Agile framework.

•Demonstrated ability to exhibit excellent technical, written, and verbal communication skills.
•Experience with Agile/JIRA is preferred.
