Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in printer system development to demonstrate PHA and/or Ink baseline performance using standard print-quality metrics (e.g., nozzle health, edge roughness, spray, decap, flowrate, color).
  • •Collaborate on pen fluidic and ink characterization, providing data to illustrate expected fluidic architecture and integrated system performance.
  • •Collect failed printheads, perform initial triage, coordinate failure analysis, report findings, and assign next steps.
  • •Lead issue resolution using structured, robust problem-solving methods.
  • •Collaborate with print cartridge teams and printer partners, and interact with ink supply organization manufacturing teams to transfer and support printhead manufacturing qualification.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Material, or Chemical engineering (or relevant).
  • •Use a technical, systems approach and strong analytical/empirical problem-solving skills.
  • •Demonstrate system-thinking and comfort with dynamic, changing conditions.
  • •Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including effective work across multiple time zones.
  • •Fluent in spoken and written English; occasional travel (25%) as needed.
