Job Summary

Regulatory-focused product compliance lead embedded in the Wise APAC assets team. Partner with Singapore and London product squads to translate regulatory requirements into compliant product features, perform regulatory analyses, support risk remediation, and drive regulatory alignment for APAC expansion while representing Wise externally with third parties.

Key Responsibilities

•Identify and remediate regulatory risks for Wise Assets in APAC in collaboration with risk, compliance and product teams.
•Perform regulatory analysis of new products/features and ensure controls prior to launch.
•Translate regulatory needs into compliant product design and customer-centric solutions.
•Represent Wise in external discussions, articulating the Wise Assets product to regulators and third parties.
•Support expansion into new APAC markets by collaborating with global and APAC product teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SGD 13,333 monthly

Key Requirements

•Regulatory compliance experience in fintech or financial services, with a deep understanding of APAC regulatory regimes
•Proven ability to translate regulatory requirements into product design, controls and processes
•Strong collaboration skills across global product, risk and compliance teams and external partners
•Excellent stakeholder management and communication, with the ability to present complex regulatory concepts clearly
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field; professional qualifications are a plus
