Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and foster client relationships through proactive outreach and follow-up, asking questions to understand financial needs and channel preferences.
  • •Identify solutions for new and existing clients by engaging and communicating effectively, using a digital-first mindset.
  • •Maintain working knowledge of consumer and business banking products and services (including digital products), and deliver a consistent optimal client experience.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent.

  • •National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, subject to required background/credit checks.
  • •Advanced knowledge of applicable bank and branch policies, procedures, and support systems.
  • •Thorough knowledge of retail banking products and services and strong customer service/interpersonal skills.
