Deliver an elevated, personalized shopping experience as a frontline Coach brand ambassador—driving clienteling, cross-sell, and tailored recommendations to meet individual and store sales goals. Support daily store operations, including mobile POS transactions, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Use clienteling tools and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases, while maintaining service standards and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
