HSE Officer (KSA, SA)

Implement and monitor project HSE activities to ensure compliance with the project HSE plan and HSEMS requirements. Support emergency response and evacuation planning, conduct HSE training, and manage daily safety observations, violation reporting, and corrective actions. Develop and communicate written risk assessments, orient staff on accident and emergency procedures, and maintain inspection/induction logs. Provide daily, weekly, and monthly HSE performance reporting while supporting incident investigation and resolution.
