Key Responsibilities

  • •Own end-to-end project management for assigned capital projects in line with governance and Global Engineering Standards.
  • •Manage internal and external stakeholders to keep projects aligned, scoped, and on track.
  • •Review technical drawings, P&IDs, and MEP designs to validate design intent and constructability.
  • •Supervise execution activities on-floor, including in-house teams and contracted staff through MEP and civil works.
  • •Forecast and control CapEx spend, risks, and mitigation actions; manage close-out, handover, and asset capitalization.

Key Requirements

  • •BE in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related discipline).
  • •2–3 years of experience in CapEx / capital project management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
  • •Technical understanding of MEP systems and technical drawings/P&IDs, with knowledge of mechanical, electrical and civil engineering principles.
  • •Familiarity with CapEx expenditure principles, project budgeting, and financial governance/approval processes.
  • •Ability to develop engineering estimates, project plans, and critical path schedules.
